Suppliers

Our suppliers are very important to us at the Riverside

We want you to know where our food & drink comes from and we want to know the people who produce and supply it. Because of this we source the majority of our food from producers and suppliers within Stirlingshire, Perthshire & West Lothian.

Our local suppliers and producers not only provide us with wonderful food and drink, but they are enormously committed to protecting and nurturing our local economy and preserving our countryside and heritage.

Primarily, our buying policy is based on our intention to give you the best quality we can, while minimising our impact on the environment and helping to keep jobs, and as much of the money we spend as possible, within local communities.

Even though this might come at a cost, we firmly believe that every penny we spend will help to make our local and national economy not only stronger, but help to secure a more sustainable future for generations to come.

GLENLYON COFFEE ROASTERS - Artisan coffee roasters based in Highland Perthshire.

Glen Lyon Coffee Passionate about coffee, they source only the best single-origin beans from around the world. All of their coffees are totally traceable. In fact, not only can they tell you the name of the farmer who grew the coffee but probably the name of his wife and kids too.

They pay substantially over fair trade prices for speciality beans and flame roast them in small batches in a traditional 5kg drum at the micro roastery in Glenlyon.
